December Delight: Holiday Romances

Oh my goodness, last month was so serious! As I close out the year and enjoy spending more time with family and friends and less on work, I just wanted to keep the theme light-hearted and true to what I love reading: holiday romances.

I’m talking cheesy cable-style predictable romances and super sexy, explicit love affairs.

Yes, I am absolutely that girl who watches those Hallmark and Lifetime predictable movies, and sigh with the satisfaction of meet-cute love’s inevitable happy ending. Sappy, saccharine sweet, and soooo unbelievably unrealistic. Haha! But more than just those classic romances, I’m equally awaiting those naughtier than nice novels with hot scenes that literally take your breath away.

I’m looking for it all this season, and I can’t wait to dive into some juicy reads.

For my book giveaway, I’m offering up my own cable-inspired romance, A Cali Christmas.Subscribers will be automatically entered to win, but if you can’t wait to get your hands on a copy, come check it out here:

At the tender age of 12, young Loralee Cox had to leave her California home--and her childhood sweetheart, Evan Bosko--to move to New York on the whim of her theatrical mother. Twenty years later, after building a successful party planning empire, Loralee finds herself drawn back to her Laguna Beach hometown for a once in a lifetime business opportunity.

Can the super serious city mogul pull off the impossible for the wealthy Thatcher Brooks' Annual Holiday Extravaganza, or will she find herself uncharacteristically distracted by the devilishly handsome, grown-up version of an old flame, who still makes her heart flutter?

“It was sweet, touching, and an all-around good read.” - 5-Star Amazon Review

So tell me: What have been some of your favorite holiday romances?
