Book of the Week: Living Aligned

Living Aligned, by Kathrine Mitchell

This book was written by a dear friend of mine, and although that may seem like a biased choice, for those who personally know me, I don’t endorse something just because a friend did it; I do it because it is worth sharing and putting out there into the world.

There are so many “self-help” books out there that simply tell us we need to meditate, manifest and surrender to our inner selves to seek the lives we want; but many of those same books do not give valuable tools, insights or explanations in the genius, practical ways that Living Aligned does. It is written in such a way that makes the reader believe in the unlimited possibilities within us, and that bliss is absolutely attainable.

And we all seek bliss—I mean, who doesn’t want to experience endless joy?

In this heartfelt manuscript, Kathrine doesn’t just remind of us this; she takes us on her own personal path as she guides us towards connecting to our source—our Higher-Self. She explains the methods she employed along the way, citing her relatable struggles, her triumphs and her spiritual discoveries.

Using light-hearted anecdotes from her own life, we can see through Kathrine’s eyes how this state of bliss is more than possible—it is our right to claim it. It’s a wonderful guide for anyone looking to reconnect to the truth of who they are and what life has to offer.
